Celestials with this Discord have issues with
authority figures - whether they particularly want to or not. Every level of this Discord gives a minus to
reaction rolls, as per the below table.

This penalty applies to any reaction roll made by a
human towards the celestial: any of the compatriots of the celestial will
suffer half the reaction penalty, rounded up.
Symphonically Aware mortals may ignore this penalty by making a Will
Roll. Even then, they still react at a
-1, but react normally to the celestial's compatriots. Everybody has an idiot for a friend, after
all.
Needless to say, celestials and/or ethereals are not
inherently affected by this Discord in others - but Servitors of the Sword,
Judgement, Fate and the Game will still be somewhat prone to reacting badly to
its holders (-1 per two levels). It'd
probably be a good idea for any Outcast/Renegade Servitors of the above Words
to avoid getting this Discord, too - provided that they have a choice,
of course.
Servitors of the Game and Judgement must include
their level of this Discord when making their dissonance rolls!
