I was born in the mid 30s, the son of Mark Harden Whitaker and Gertrude Mae (Burns) Whitaker. My grandparents were Archelaus Whitaker and Nancy (Crismon) Whitaker of Brays Mill. (Miller County) and Burton Burns and Sarah (Caldwell) Burns of Meta (Maries County)
