Under normal circumstance we would grant you the right to publish parts of an item under the following conditions, after receiving a written request.

1. You must NOT copy or publish the copyright WHOLE ITEMS from our Club’s site to another site or any other part of the public domain
   UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. You may use ONLY PART of any article from our Club’s website on another site or in the public domain providing it forms part of a REVIEW of the full article.
3. Any part you use must NOT be more than 5% (five percent or 200 word maximum) of the total item as seen at the Club’s site.
4. A hyper-link to the full article at the Club’s site is to be given full prominence within the Review.
5. Permission to use any photos or graphics must be granted on a specific image basis. (Art work and Photos contained in some items at the Club’s site are published with permission from various other copyright owners and authority for reuses may not be able to be granted by us.)
6. The following note must appear in full prominence at the foot of a review containing copied work from the Club’s site.
