I've chosen the nickname Twiglet due
to my passion for eating Twiglets. What are those you ask? Well, let me
tell you, Twiglets are snacks from Jacobs. Their unique knobbly shapes
mean no two Twiglets are the same :)) If we ever meet, this may become
a proven fact ;o)
I was born at home in Somerset, England
on August 4, 1957. To be honest with you it's a day that *I* don't personally
remember :)) I lived in Bristol until I was about 2 and then moved to Glastonbury.
Glastonbury is where the legend of Arthur and Guinevere comes from. Information

which is an amazing treasure trove full of Glastonbury information and
history :)) When I was 6 my family enjoyed an 8 month stay in upstate
New York, while my Father was contracted to IBM US for almost a year.
I believe that this stay in the US was a pivotal point in my parents decision
to emigrate to this side of the "pond". At the ripe old age of 9 1/2, along
with the rest of the family, I emigrated to Canada. We came via ship into
Halifax, Nova Scotia, landing in our new Country on December 23, 1966.
I currently reside in Toronto with my husband
and two children. I work as a Computer Support Analyst for the same
Company who gave me my first job almost 25 years ago.
I have been a Coronation Street fan for about
20 years, on and off. When Corrie is at its finest, it's hard to keep away.
I watch Corrie either by pre-recorded tape from my Mother (thanks Mom)
or on Sunday mornings on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Most
evenings I can be found in #coro_street on IRC.
Least Favourite Character:
That has to be Alan Bradley! What a ba*tard
this guy was!
Favourite Couple:
Well, at the moment, that would be Roy and
Hayley. Their screen presence is so pleasurable and warm to watch.
Favourite Character:
Well I've always liked the older characters
and to mention just one of them would be hard, So some my fav's would be
Elsie Tanner, Curly Watts and Bet Lynch.
Characters who need a romance:
At the current time of this writing, this
has to be Curly. I really feel this guy has a lot to give someone. I sure
hope the writers can do something for him.
