| Hiya !
My real name is Floyd Prince.
The youngest of five children , I was born
on March 17th , 1959 in the lovely little town of Princeton , Newfoundland
, Canada with the love of my life , Lorraine and son Danny . We have been
married for eleven happy years .
After brief stints in Ontario and Alberta
, I came to realize that my roots in Newfoundland were just too deep to
be successfully transplanted and I eventually returned home . In 1980 I
started a business with my brother Robert who has since moved on and lives
in Grande Prairie, Alberta .
My passions in life are my family, London
(England), music (I play guitar and piano) photography , Coronation Street
, #coro_street and fresh, pan fried cod tongues !
My love of England led me to Coronation Street
. I started watching around 1990 and have been hopelessly addicted ever
since . Naturally, when I got a computer, the first thing I did was surf
the Corrie related sites. That is how I met the nicest, most caring
friends one could ever wish to have, on Annie's Guest Book and #coro_street.
Oh yes, "I really like cod tongues!"
My favourite/least favourite characters have
changed from time to time on Coronation Street. Sally and Kevin Webster
were once favs of mine, but not any more. Les Battersby had
also added some needed comic relief to the street, but now his character
is just downright mean. I did like Reg Holdsworth, Phyllis Pearce,
Percy Sugden and Des Barnes. Currently, I enjoy Roy and Hayley, the
Battersby ladies, Kevin's new girlfriend, Alison, and I'm looking forward
to the return of Curly... Oh, I almost forgot Gary Mallett is one of my
all time favourite characters. And by the way, did I mention the
fact that I really, really like Cod Tongues???
In closing, I would like to thank Greggy and
Annie for providing the means to meet such wonderful people on the internet.
You have enriched my life, and I am sure, the lives of many others on here.
These bonds of true friendship formed on #coro_street and the Guestbook,
will last a lifetime. I am very fortunate and very proud to be a
part of this unique group of wonderful people.
God Bless You All!!
P.S. I LOVE COD..... well, you know! :) |
