Here's what to bring
- a readiness to relax and let the power of paddling heal you
- a good sense of smell (salt air and low tide shouldn't go unnoticed)
- a love of neoprene (dry or wet)
- synthetic long underwear (two pair)
- synthetic shorts
- synthetic long pants
- windbreaker or raingear
- wool or fleece sweater
- wool, fleece or neoprene socks
- spare wool, fleece or neoprene socks
- spare sneaks or sandals
- hats
- sunglasses (spares are good here, too)
- water bottles
- towel
- sunscreen
- bug dope
- more bug dope
- toothbrush
- camera and/or journal
- what you want to eat
- any medications
Please keep in in mind that we're packing everything out. Also, that "Cotton Kills". Or at least has a way of making you darn uncomfortable.

the boat, the paddle, the wetsuit, the safety gear (pfd, paddle float, spare paddle, pump, flares, whistle, chart, compass, etc--and the instruction in their use), dry bags, tent, sleeping bag and pad, cooking gear (and decent preparation, we think), and a guide who loves paddling the islands as much as you will.
