Windsor Cricket Club was formed in 1995 as a merger between great rivals Windsor Victoria and Windsor and Eton Cricket Clubs. This makes Windsor one of the newest, brightest cricket clubs around but still maintaining a rich history inherited from the two previous clubs.

The club plays it's home games at the Home Park in Windsor. With the world famous Windsor Castle in the background this surely must be one of the most scenic cricket grounds in the country. The club also has another royal connection as Prince Phillip is the patron.

On a Saturday the club runs 5 teams in the Thames Valley League with the first XI playing in Division 2. Two teams run on a Sunday playing a mixture of friendlies and Thameside Sunday League fixtures. The club also runs a number of Colts teams from under 11's up to under 17's. On top of this there is also a very successful Ladies team. There is a place at Windsor for all ages, sexes and abilities.

It's not just cricket on offer down at Windsor the club also has a vibrant social side with a number of social events taking place throughout the year. Aside from the organised events the presence of a number of young players makes for some interesting, if a little messy, saturday nights.
