I did go off the birth control patch and I am cutting down on the Welbrutrin( anti-depressant) I take one pill every other day.Is there anything a person can take for depression in homeopathy? I am still experiencing back pain but I also have two bulging disks and degenerative arthritis in my spine. So not sure Homeopathy could do anything for that. You turned me into a believer in Homepathy. If I have further acute problems can I contact you ? Your a life saver.

  Dear Arun and Pratibha.  I have taken one dose of the remedy 5 days ago and have noticed the following:
   a..  on the whole I feel  better. I have had more energy,I have felt alot clearer mentally and emotionally and I have noticed a subtle sense of well-bieng that wasn't there before.
   b..  the symptoms have not changed a great deal but there were some improvements;    the distension and bloating of my lower abdomin almost fully subsided,  I have been passing a little less wind and burping a little less.  On one occassoin I also felt a slight sesation of appetite.
  c..  the only deterioration is the night sweating is less but on my whole body not just my legs. (this is probably a good thing though)
  d..  no new symptoms.

       I didn't take Arsenic Album 200, anyways I was
out of twon fro about 2 weeks and most of my symptoms
seem to have resolved. The only thing is that my
latest check up shows microscopic blood in urine along
with lot of bubble in urine.
     My urination frequency is normal and I do not
have any burining or itching. Can you prescribe
something for this. I do still have some acid reflux
left adn some irritaion in thota due to that and also
sometimes bulky stool but its much better than before.

I am feeling much better physically from my allergies
and back pain since taking Arsenicum Album which you
recommended.  About a month ago, I started feeling bad
again so I took a second dose and that has helped.
However, I am now asking for your help for a different
problem.

For the first time in my life I am feeling very
depressed.  I believe it is associated with menopause
as I have only had one period in the last six months
and about two months ago started having hot flashes
and night sweats.  I am normally a very cheerful,
positive person but for the last month or more I feel
very down and have lost interest in many things that
used to be enjoyable to me.  Also I feel very sad and
cry for no reason.  I am sleeping good, but wake up

                                            Just wanted to give you an update on how I'm doing.

I have been doing pretty well, but still am feeling a little nervous and apprehensive. I started this past Monday on 1 Pulsatilla in the morning & 1 at night. I seemed to be doing fine with that, & Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, I was able to leave my last dose of Ativan 2mg. off at night.

Something went wrong on Saturday though around 2 p.m.  I started feeling light- headed, nauseted, & was sweating profusely. { even between my fingers}. I have had Hypoglycemia about 12- 13 years ago & they told me to eat a piece of cheese or a few nuts, so I went & got a piece of cheese to eat. I thought that it might have been low blood sugar. I also am into !00% essential oils & I know that Lavender calms you down. I got that out & sniffed a little at a time. I also prepared some Herbal Tea. I mix Chamomile with a bag of " TENTION TAMER , a spoonful of clover honey. I drank that also trying to get better & get back under control. It scared me.

Do you think that by reducing the last dose of Ativan at night was too much, too fast? Should I have taken the Nux Vom ?

I'm truly sorry. I'm trying to do everything I can to help myself along with your help. What do you think could have caused this episode ?

Could any of the vitamins and herbs I take for my health be interferring with the Pulsatilla ?
I'm taking B-6, B-12, niacinamide,folic acid, hawthorne berry, lecithin, grape seed extract & an aspirin every other day.

Could it be anything in the teas ? I looked at the ingredients & they are as follows: Eleuthero,Ginseng root, Peppermint leaves, cinnamon, Ginger, Chamomile flowers, Lemon grass, Licorice root, Catnip leaves,Tilia flowers, Hops, B-6 & B-12.

I don't know what else to do. My Husband and I are going on Vacation September 8-11 & I don't want to feel awful. We have been planning this vacation for a very long time & we're looking forward to it.

Please tell me what to do. Stay on the Pulsatilla 30c twice a day or is their anything that I could add that would make me feel more calmer & less nervous & apprehensive ?

After I took a 2nd dose of Gelsemium 1M, here is the feedback:

First day, nothing happened. Second day, I experienced feverishness and vomiting sensation. Third day, I noticed SIGNIFICANT improvement in most of my symptoms particularly weakness in legs, drowsiness and dullness. This improvement lasted for slightly more than a day. After that my symptoms are back again, sometimes more sometimes not so bad.

Overall, I tend to agree with your opinion that there is some positive response. Please advise what I should do next.

    Got the remedy on Friday and took one dose. I don't think the
athlete's foot was actually athlete's foot, but it's gone now except for
two spots on the bottom of my feet. They itch only at night after I take
a drink of water and perspire. An unusual but very specific symptom.
Sexual desire cut in half - yeah! Nothing else has really changed.
Terror is reduced, but still the business seems to occupy many thoughts.
Have had pleasant dreams with animals and friends, parties. I also have
a returning planter's wart on my left heal. Now that had started several
weeks ago. Feet get cold very easily. Was having reflexology today and
feet turned very cold. Intolerance seems better, but have a real
communication block. Just can't move past it. Can't seem to be the one
to say, "alright, let's get on with it. I'm sorry". Very frustrating.
    Think remedy has helped for sure. Would be inclined just to wait for
a while longer before doing anything at all. Would you agree? Thanks

I took the Arsenicum 30 C on Nov. 22.  The first two or three days, the pain in my right arm increased greatly in intensity and was almost constant.  It has since disappeared.  Also, the pain in my right breast came back, but it too has since stopped.  I felt like I had a cold or some kind of virus.  My head hurt on the left side for three days and one day I took two Motrin for the pain.  My nose was running for two days and it felt like I had a fever.  All of those symptoms stopped around Nov. 25 or 26.  My back continues to ache.  It is more of a dull pain now.  It is worse when I stand up or walk and is worse on the right side, underneath my right shoulder blade/scapula.  It is very uncomfortable to stand for more than a few minutes at a time due to the ache in my back.  It does not hurt when I sit or lie down.  I do feel like I have had more energy the past 4 days and even though my back aches, I feel better physically and emotionally.  I don't know if my back pain is maybe related to a car accident I had two years ago.  I was hit head on by someone going the wrong way.  I was not hurt physically, but was very frightened by the experience and am sure I tensed up just before I was hit.   My back pain feels sort of like tension in my spine.  At any rate, I do feel better and I am very grateful for your help.  Do you think I need to take any more of the Arsenicum or another remedy?    Thank you.

My terrible horrible cough is gone. I still have drainage though. Sometimes is yellow greenish, sometimes is white. I bought the remedies you have recommended--Arsenicum Album 30C and Nux Vomica 30C. I had taken Arsenicum Album once earlier this afternoon. My sinus felt much better and clear, not much congestion, no more yellow drainage but white. However, the terrible cough is still going on and seems to be worse. I still have scratching back throat; I guess I forgot to mentioned that when I cough, my stomach and chest are being tighten and hard. My both ears are itching as well. Should I wait for cough remedy? Or can I take it with Arsenicum Album??  I am planning to leave home for a conference on Sunday afternoon and won't be back till Wenseday night. Would you mind writing me back soon regarding the conditions I mentioned above so that I can have other remedies (if is needed)?  I do want to get over with this cough (been coughing for 3 weeks). Just want to feel a little relief during these 4 days.  (I have also made an appt. with a homeopathic doctor, but I won't see her until I get bac!

he also seems to be full of energy.


Friday: At night he was coughing often, mostly dry
cough.
Runny nose sometimes.
After opening windows and giving some water he seemed
to feel better. Did nothing.


Saturday: he was out in the cold weather all day.
He was coughing(dry again) at night.


Sunday: he was coughing once in a while during the
day.
Runny nose with frequent clear mucus.
Dry cough at night, started to cough around 1am and
was coughing on and off until almost 6am. Opening
Windows and humidifier did help.

Monday: I gave him one dose of Nux Vomica in the
morning.
His cough appears to be better during the day.
He has a cold with frequent clear running mucus.
He is playing, no weepiness or clinging. He is in a
good mood.
He did complain of ear ache just before going to
sleep.
I took his temparature and noticed a slight fever
(99.1 degree Fahrenheit).
He was coughing around 1am in the morning. It is a wet
cough.
Breathing by mouth.

Tuesday: I gave him a warm bath. The cough is not
frequent during the day.
Runny nose with clear mucus.

Please advise me how to continue the remedy for him.

I gave Ian the nat mur 30 about 3 days ago. I gave up on sulfur. It didn't
seem to be holding for him. He is doing great! We also found a lot of mold
in our basement under the trim and behind the sheetrock and in the padding

last Nov. I'm just now learning that can cause a mold problem for the house

like his youngest brother with many of the same symptoms as a young child.
He got better for several years and now it's back because of the mold.

P.S. Constipation is bigh problem for Ian. If this continues even with the

The scalp eruptions are slowly clearing up.  I am finding now that I have a huge appetite and am finding it difficult to avoid overeating.  I am taking herbal vitamin and mineral supplements, for general health and also to reduce clotting time for my blood (Vit E, Gloucosamine, Vit C, Hawthorn, magnesium, zinc, ginseng, gingko biloba).  This is in an effort to reduce the coumadin currently being prescribed by allopath.  The last INR test showed that my clotting time is indeed rising, and I may be able to reduce the coumadin soon.

 

I have also been doing better at getting cardio and strength training exercise going.

 

On another subject, my brother is addicted to coffee.  He sent in his history, but needs help to get off the coffee habit.  Any suggestions here?

I took my second dose this week. I did see a slight difference in my palmar sweating. There were many times during the day that my hands were dry for a change. I suspect that this was resulting from the Silicea, but not sure. If this is the only side effect, and you think that this regiment will work for me, I can definitely over look this symptom. Please advise for next step.

Thanks for the help with the throat.  The belladonna helped, at least it was easily manageable and I got through my work without any problems.  I took the cal carb 200CH about 4 days ago and have not noticed much change. The eruptions in the scalp have sort of lightly scabbed over.  I still have a sensation of pressure in my head on the sides near the top under the parietals.  It is like a bothersome, nagging thing but not really pain like a headache ( I used to get severe classical migraines years ago, but haven't for many years).  Please ask if any other info required.

I don't suppose the two were related, but the UTI got me worried about this myoma.

The UTI is not quite better but I think is on the way there. However, I cannot really tell you about the myoma becasue I still have burns on my stomach caused by a hot water bottle that was too hot the first night I started the UTI which are still quite bad.

The calcerea carb 6X caused no bad reactions and on the whole I feel better.

Generally I am feeling much better, less melancholic and irritable and quite positive and calm within myself.  My energy level is better and I feel more optomistic.

 

My tongue though still burning after eating or drinking, looks less coated and the crack has shortened, although in the last five days there has been no change.  The teeth marks are still very present.  I had a slight recurrance of a cold sore at the side of my mouth, but it didn'd develop  and that has gone.  My verucha is less painful, although my feet still feel sore and stiff on waking. 

 

The corns on my right big toe are more painful (one on the pad, the other on the tip).  Interestingly, about 10 minutes after taking the remedy this big toe had a lot of sensation in it (pain, burning, crawling) like the remedy was directly acting in that area.  I would love to be rid of this affliction as it affects the way I walk.  Could homeopahty clear these as I have pared them down over the years but it doesn't really help.

 

About 3 days after taking the remedy I felt very flu like and had a congested feeling in my head like my head would burst.  I also had a lot of non-specific pains in my body and my low pack pain intesnsified. New new symptoms, although I have craved alchohol more.

 

As mentioned, it is difficult to say which remedy is doing the good work, but is it possible for remedies to work together if they are not antidotes?

 I am writing to let you know how Skye has gone on the Calc-carb 30c.

 In the first day of giving this to her (6-7hrs later) she started  sneezing and had a slight clear nasel discharge.

 Over the next couple of days, her bite ring marks disappeared as well as the sore bottom.  Her mood and anger has definately subsided.  Much happier.
Sleeping much better.  Is wanting to go outside at any chance she has.

She had on the 4th day after having remedy another nasel discharge  (once) after sneezing again.  On the 3rd day after remedy she seemed to have a discomfort in her right hand ear.  She rubbed her ear and the outside
appeard red.  This soon went and hasn't bothered her today.

For the first time after giving her the remedy, this evening she has woken from her sleep and is not happy when I put her back to bed.  Her bottom is very slightly pink again.  No pain though I think.  She doesn't appear
to be as fustrated either.  Her ear discharge has lessened but is still a brown colour.  I have just put her back to bed and have noticed her rubbing her ear again.  Her poohs has changed from being clay textured to foamy/runny with a strong smell.  The smell is hard to describe.  It doesnot smell rotten.  This has happened for the last day and a half.  It is not burning her bottom tho.  This evening I have also noticed her skin is clamy to
touch.  I do have the heater on, but not that hot, just enough to take the chill out of the air.

She is most certainly a happier child.  Please advise on what to do next.

Please can you tell me what reasons did you prescribe Calc-carb to Skye for?

I have been slow to respond as I was away on holidays.  After rereading your instructions I found that I may have erred.  I took the Ars Alb as recommended when it arrived.  I guess I forgot this as I took it again about 2 weeks later.

I took the Rhus Tox 30C as instructed.  Although I have not had any major change, I can say that I have a general "better feeling" all over.  No symptoms have resolved but I "feel" about 5% better inside...hard to describe.  Maybe it isn't the remedy, maybe just my week....or maybe it is the remedy....
