Angel of Children: Quiatra can sense the emotions of any child seventeen or younger simply by looking them in the eyes.

Appearance: In Celestial form she appears as a large white wolf with silver eyes, a bright golden halo, and feathery white wings. She is in the habit of appearing to children as a large stuffed animal, so it can be hard to distinguish her in her true form at times.

Quiatra always appears in Corporeal form as a little Egyptian girl of about four years old, clad in a pastel-blue sundress and black sandals. She usually carries a yo-yo that Christopher gave her and looks out at the world with gold-flecked hazel eyes.

History: Quiatra was created only a few days after Christopher became the Archangel of Innocence, and she earned the Word of Children within fifty years. Quiatra took up many of the causes that Christopher had to leave when he made Archangel, taking charge of day-care centers and child outreach programs across the world. Before Makatiel or Daisy came to power, Quiatra ran the entire operation of Innocence.

It was very troublesome for her, because Quiatra doesn't really like heavy responsibility. That's why she's only a Master of Snuggles after all this time, when the newer Makatiel has already become a Holy Protector of Eternal Innocence. This doesn't bother Quiatra in the least, nor does her stepping down from her position of authority to let Makatiel and Daisy take over. That gives her more time to focus on children.

As Angel of Children, Quiatra spends her days in the Corporeal Plane, quietly working to handle Innocence's Corporeal affairs. She's very quiet about it and hardly attracts attention, so most tend to forget about her. She works closely with the Angel of Families to make certain that children have loving homes and ignores the War between the Host and the Exiles as much as possible, save where it touches on children. Then she becomes fiercely protective and even feral (as many a child abuser has discovered - painfully).

Personality: Quiatra is something of a free spirit. She doesn't care much for responsibility or politics. She just likes kids. They are simpler and easier than adults and angels. Quiatra prefers to wander about Earth, not attracting attention to herself, content that people forget who she is or even that she exists as long as it doesn't impede on her efforts. She feels most comfortable reporting to Christopher whenever she feels ready to and is placidly indifferent to the problems of the world. Some people consider her a loner, but she's never stopped to think about it.
