This is the "anthropomorphic humanoid
form" / "Lon Cheney, Jr. special" version: the target
essentially becomes a wolfman. Add 1 to
Strength (and subtract 1 from Precision) for every level of the Song. If the character also knows NC: Fangs, he
adds it for free: use the higher of the Precision penalties. Speech becomes difficult, as well: -2 to all
language rolls for the duration.
Oddly enough, in the modern era you can use this
Song in public, provided that you don't do anything like eat somebody:
personality and Charisma are unaffected by the change. People tend to assume that you're just going
to a costume party, or something: this may lead to acute embarrassment and
petty annoyances, but it still beats pitchforks and torches...
