Appearance: A vaguely humanoid shaped creature
formed out of machine parts.

at Vapulan Tethers.

creator and anyone the creator identifies as Allies.
Capsule Description: The Tinmen were a result of Vapulan scientists working together
with Hellsworn Sorcerers. The end
result was a spirit that could form a body from parts in the area. The "body" is mobile and quite
dangerous; it has been known to use firearms and surgical instruments as
weapons. The only effective way to
destroy a Tinmen is to drive it out of the body (Reduce to Zero Body Hits) then
destroy the spirit.
