Capsule Description: The immediate genetic
precursors of HAARP seals were ordinary harp seals found in the vicinity of the
Alaskan High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). The emission of high-powered radio waves
associated with that project has had a metaphysical side effect: one percent of
seal births in the region are HAARP
seals.
HAARP seals have two major genetic improvements:
their ability to emit damaging ultrasonic screams and their human-level
intelligence. Unfortunately, both are
harnessed towards their major goal: the extermination of all polar bears,
walruses and human beings in their range. Discussions on their possible
excision continue: handle with caution.
