Capsule Description: This is a variant race of humanity that is adapted to the eating of carrion.  They exist underground, only rarely visiting the surface: most humans consider them strictly mythical.

There is no inherent bias towards evil in this race, popular mythology to the contrary: Servitors of War and Flowers have reported that the species make quite acceptable Soldiers.  However, popular prejudice has given Ghouls an unsavory name; some members of the species have determined to live up to this negative reputation in reaction.  Deal with members of this species with caution.
