I have a special place to go

And just meander for a while

I love to watch the clouds pass by

Their big puffy faces always make me smile.


Such a peaceful spot upon a knoll

Filled with wildflowers among the trees.

When I close my eyes I see you here

I feel your arms wrap around me in the breeze.


I sit in the grass and watch the birds

They sing me a lovely melody.

I listen to the babbling brook

It whispers sweet words to me.





It tells me everything will be alright

Your love will never disappear.

So I bide my time in this special place

And hope for the day when - together - we are here.


I just want you to know

Where ever I am - what ever I do

In my heart you are never far away.

You are always with me no matter where I go

Forever and a day I'll be in love with you.
