What can you expect?

~You will receive a map with the route on it.

~You will have the opportunity to join others for food & fun, but aren't required to attend.

~You do not have to pay any due's or membership fee's to participate in the ride.

~You will meet other riders and get to see their bikes in person!

~You will have your photo taken with the group of the SWOKZ Rally Riders!

~You will make new friends and come away smiling!

~We will be glad you came!

What is expected of you?

~You are to come prepared, no one wants to spend the whole day on the side of the road fixing what should have been fixed before you came. Sure things break and others in the group will help you out, but being prepared is being considerate to the others in the group.

~You should have at least minimal safety gear, (helmet, proper footwear, etc.) You are to be responsible for your own actions and safety, no one else is responsible for your actions and safety, period.

~You will not ride in the group in such a way as to jeopardize your fellow riders safety.

~You will maintain a safe distance and in single file while riding in a group.

~You will respect others and their bikes or expect to be asked to leave. (hope this never has to happen.)

~You must agree to the terms to participate and sign a release of liability the day of the Rally to be a participant in the Rally. Here is the link to see the release form. Ageement & Release of Liability>

Your name will be added to the Rally Roster after I receive your form. If you don't see it there after a couple of days then email me to be sure I got your info. You can sign up as late as the day before but I'd appreciate getting it a bit before that late in the game.

BY YOUR SUBMITTING THIS SIGN UP FORM, YOU AGREE TO THE RULES OF THE RALLY AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE NOT OFFICIALLY A PARTICIPANT TO THE RALLY UNLESS YOU ACCEPT AND SIGN THE "AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY" FORM BEFORE THE START OF THE RALLY.

YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED PART OF THE RALLY WHILE TRAVELING TO AND FROM THE RALLY. ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RALLY ARE VOLUNTARY AND YOU ACCEPT THE RISKS FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING MEALS AND LODGING, DURING THE EVENT.

THE ORGANIZERS AND GROUP LEADERS DO NOT ENDORSE OR CONDONE ANY ACTIVITIES THAT ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE LAWS OF OHIO OR KENTUCKY. THE ORGANIZERS AND GROUP LEADERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE YOUR PRIVILEGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RALLY AT ANY TIME, YOU CAN BE ASKED TO NO LONGER PARTICIPATE FOR ANY REASON AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANIZERS OR GROUP LEADERS WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY YOUR EXPENSES OR ANY LOSSES AS A RESULT OF YOUR SIGNING UP FOR AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE RALLY.
