Cruise-in and Clubhouse Use Information for Visiting Club Members

The Petaluma Yacht Club Clubhouse is open to visiting PICYA club members and their guests when PYC members are present. The Clubhouse is located on the south shore of the Petaluma River Turning Basin in downtown Petaluma. PYC does not own or operate any docking facilities. However, the Clubhouse is located adjacent to the City operated guest docking facilities within the Turning Basin. If visiting by boat, an opening of the “D Street Bridge” will need to be scheduled for entering and departing the Turning Basin. Please contact the Petaluma Visitors Program to receive an information packet providing all necessary information for individual yacht or fleet cruise-ins. The current mooring fee is $20 per boat, per night.

ABC and PYC Bar Rules

We value our liquor license, so please help us by abiding by the rules that govern our license and bar usage.

All members and guests must sign-in and wear a name tag. Stick-on name tags are available at the sign-in station adjacent to the main entrance doors.

No beverages may be brought into the Clubhouse or onto the deck areas.

No alcoholic beverage may be taken out of the Clubhouse except to the deck area; no alcoholic beverage may be taken beyond the deck area.

We will try our best to accommodate your individual or club’s needs so that your visit to Petaluma and our Clubhouse will be enjoyable and memorable.

In the summer months, we often will cook a chicken barbeque dinner for incoming
clubs. If you can contact us early enough to plan together, arrrange for PYC member help,
and find a member from both your club and ours to lead it, we can make the
dinner a memorable event for your members. We are famous for our chickens, you know!
