| "Belomar" is Jo-Anne from Ottawa. The
nick actually comes from a combination of my parents' names (belo = Portugese
nickname for Bill; and Mar = Mary). I ventured into the wild
and wacky world of chat in 1998 when my folks' bought WebTV. It's
primitive, but it gets me a chattin'. Recently, the nice people I
work for loaded a version of Netscape that let's me get in via the
java link.....needless to say, I'll always have something to do during
my lunch hour!! I also have been known to lurk around the world-famous
Guest Book, RATUCS, the "spots" list and all CS-related sites.
My dad's family still reside in England, for
the most part, and, one day, I hope to get back for a visit. They're
such fun !! In fact, they are the ones who got me watching Coronation
Street when I last visited for a cousin's wedding in 1982. The rest
is history, as they say.
