Casualty Assistance Calls Officer (CACO) following Arthur's death

I was Arthur's CACO and acted as the liaison between the Navy and Arthur's next of kin. Arthur had a son, who was about 2 years old at the time of Arthur's death. I have visited Arthur's name on the wall a number of time, but it has been a few years since the last time I was in DC. I never knew Arthur Simmons personally, but he will always be a part of my life.
